Shipping and Return Policy
Adult signatures will be required for all deliveries. Our Customer Service department will email or call to advise the item is shipping to the delivery address provided by the customer.
Orders will be shipped when fully completed. It is understood that all orders may take up to 8 - 10 weeks to ship depending on availability. We are not responsible for any delays incurred by Fed Ex or any other shipping agency.
All items will ship directly to the delivery address indicated at the time the order was placed. Any changes to a shipping address must occur in writing and must be similarly confirmed and acknowledged in writing by a BELLARRI CONCIERGE SHOWCASE Customer Service team member to be valid.
International shipping is limited at this time. Please email us if you are outside of the United States and have inquiries about international shipping.
Products returned must be ordered directly from bellarriconcierge.com.
Refunds & Exchanges will only be accepted within 14 days of delivery of the item.
All items must not be worn and must not be damaged. All items must be returned in the original condition with the security tag attached. If the security tag is cut or discarded, the item will not be accepted.
Any refunds will be credited to the original form of payment.
Please contact our customer service center for instructions. A shipping return label will be provided by us with complete instructions for the return. Please follow the detailed shipping instructions given for the return to ensure proper insurance procedures are met.
